As the year enters into the holiday season (can you believe it?), it is a great time for thinking about how to achieve year end numbers while also reflecting on goals for next year. As you know my passion is growth—in sales volume and overall performance. I tend to find that what most gets in the way of achieving goals are two things: not aligning resources with priorities OR organizational alignment which translates into communication issues (like lack of buy-in or departmental silos).
