When was the last time you went back to the basics—and discovered something you hadn’t seen before?
One of the things I’ve learned after years of working with leaders on growth is that the fundamentals don’t really change. But we do. And the challenges we’re facing change. So sometimes a principle you’ve heard—and perhaps even taught yourself—lands differently the next time you encounter it.
That’s what I was thinking about as I recorded this 28-minute podcast conversation about growth.
The podcast is part of my new role as an Acumen Growth Catalyst here in Kansas City, but the ideas we talk about are very much rooted in the work I’ve been doing for years through Breakthrough Masters. Seeing opportunities differently. Challenging assumptions. Making better decisions. Finding the growth that may be hiding in plain sight.
And just to be clear—Breakthrough Masters isn’t going anywhere. This new role is an extension of the work I’m passionate about, not a replacement for it.
